Orissa Game

The Gods of Orissa were powerful and real and ruled the entire world with an iron fist, until 300 years ago when then just up and disappeared. However, they left behind their wretched servants, the Efreet and the Djinn, who continually waged war against one another in the skies above Orissa, wreaking havoc and chaos for generations. Destroyed by one another, all that remained of their bodies were varying sized stones, each powering a different type of Source Magic. Temporarily swallowed by humans, these Sources endowed compatible humans with immense magical powers, creating the first Sourcerors. With the disappearance of the Gods, all other magical and clerical powers slowly vanished, leaving only the elemental powers of the Sources and the only true magic on Orissa.
