VIRH FEDERATION
A minor-MDC humanoid race, the Virh look exactly like humans except for the lack of a pupil, and indeed they can cross breed with them. The Federation is mostly former Golgan territory and many races within it have happily joined the Virh after much oppression under their former Golgan masters. The Virh get along well with most of their neighbors and are helping the Hert in their war against the Dionii Hive by providing arms and testing new weapons on the battlefield.
